Building My Second Act: How I'm Navigating Change While Still in My Career

For over 20+ years, I’ve held leadership roles in healthcare and technology, working on projects that have shaped industries and helped organizations grow. Today, I remain fully engaged in my current career, where I continue to contribute to meaningful work. But like many, I’ve felt the desire to explore new passions alongside my established career.

In 2016, I ventured into real estate investment while maintaining my full-time job. That experience taught me a valuable lesson: you don’t have to abandon your current path to explore something new. Now, with Second Act Unscripted, I’m taking the next step in my journey—helping others discover how they, too, can pursue a fulfilling second act.
